bulgogi

ingredients: beef tenderloin or beef sirloin, brown sugargarlicgingergreen onionground black pepperpear, onionrice syrupsesame oilsoy sauce, sesame, sometimes cabbage

first of all, cut the beef how you can eat easily. grate some garlic, pear, onion, ginger and cut some green onion( if you don't have green onion, you can use some leek), onion.

secondly, you should make the marinade. the marinade contain brown sugar, garlic, ginger, green onion, ground black pepper, pear, onion, rice syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce. ready the bowl and put ingredients and they mix in the bowl. and put the beef in the bowl. and ripen for 1 hour before cooking.

thirdly, stir fry all things. when you stir fry, you can use the charcoal. i think it's the best method when you cook the bulgogi (korean beef BBQ).

you can put anything you want! like some mushrooms, another vegitable

step :  1) put some vegetable in hot soup - 1minute   2) then put some noodles - 20minute

          5) then put 3 prawn under the sprouts  6) sift some shrimp under the noodles
          7) drench meat pulp & grete of the garlic

Korean food : Braised Short Ribs

For this you need:

- 1kg of blanquette of veal
- 1 cube of bouillon of chicken
- 1 cube of bouillon of vegetables
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 big onion
- 1 small box of mushrooms
- 1 egg
- flour
- 1 small box of sour cream
-1/2 lemon
- herbs
- butter


Let's start!!!!!


Brown the meat in butter until the pieces are well browned
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour, stir well!

Indredients : Sticky rice , coconut milk , granulated sugar , salt , coconut cream , ripe mangoes , toasted sesame seeds

How to cook : 1. soak the sticky rice in the cold water for at least 3 hours, after 3 hours pour out the cold water from rice and put the rice boil and bring a water to the boil ,steam the rice over moderate heat 30 minute
                      2. Mix the coconut milk and sugar in a small pan and heat a little bit, stir all the time and sprinkle salt a little bit pour over the cooked rice(set aside to cool)
                        3. peel the mango and cut off. slice each piece of fruit into thin
                        4.  put a mound of rice on a dish with mango and pour the coconut cream and sprinkle sesame seed finish! 
NAME:CHINESE CHOW MEIN

Ingredients: Chinese noodle ,chicken ,soy sauce ,salt ,garlic,pepper,

First :cook the noodle in the large pan of boiling water for 2-3 min after put it in cold water,drain then and put in the plate let it dry.
Second: cut up the big one chicken to more small piece put in the bowl and then sift a litter bit salt and sesame oil soy sauce mix well wait 10 min.
Last: put the oil in the pan then fry the garlic when you smell good you can fry the noodle and chicken and rice wine together about 5 min , and then put something you like of example spring onion vegetable and black pepper .But don't forget to sprinkle the salt if you want to eating boring. Put on a warm platter and serve immediately.

Finish and enjoy your food .

-Rinse, peel and julienne the carrots.Add some vegetable oil and 1/2 tsp of ground salt in a wok and cook the carrots on medium high to high heat for 2 to 3 mins.

-Make fried eggs.

-Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed, egg and the Bibimbap sauce on top of the rice. Serve it.
