For this you need:
- 1kg of blanquette of veal
- 1 cube of bouillon of chicken
- 1 cube of bouillon of vegetables
- 2 or 3 carrots
- 1 big onion- 1 small box of mushrooms
- 1 egg
- flour
- 1 small box of sour cream
-1/2 lemon
- herbs- butter
Let's start!!!!!
Brown the meat in butter until the pieces are well browned
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour, stir well!
Add 2 or 3 cups of water and stir, add 2 cubes and cover with water
Cut carrots into slices and onions then add them and mushrooms.
Simmer over very low heat approximately 1:30 or 2:00
If it's necessary add water from time to time
In a bowl mix cream egg and lemon juice, add this mixture at the last minutes stir well and serve immediately
