Sticky rice & mango

Indredients : Sticky rice , coconut milk , granulated sugar , salt , coconut cream , ripe mangoes , toasted sesame seeds

How to cook : 1. soak the sticky rice in the cold water for at least 3 hours, after 3 hours pour out the cold water from rice and put the rice boil and bring a water to the boil ,steam the rice over moderate heat 30 minute
                      2. Mix the coconut milk and sugar in a small pan and heat a little bit, stir all the time and sprinkle salt a little bit pour over the cooked rice(set aside to cool)
                        3. peel the mango and cut off. slice each piece of fruit into thin
                        4.  put a mound of rice on a dish with mango and pour the coconut cream and sprinkle sesame seed finish!
